Louise A. McGlynn, Family Law Attorney
As a family law attorney, I have a deep-rooted passion for guiding individuals through some of their most challenging times. My journey into law was inspired by my personal experiences and a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. With over 30 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to the intricacies of family law, including everything from prenuptial agreements to post-judgment modifications.
What sets my practice apart is not just my legal knowledge and experience but my thoughtful approach to each case. I believe in the power of empathy, understanding, and, most importantly, in finding solutions that prioritize the well-being of children and preserve the dignity of every individual involved. This belief has driven me to focus my practice in collaborative law and mediation, aiming for resolutions that allow families to move forward positively and co-parent their children into the future.
I also have extensive experience in real estate handling both residential and commercial transactions throughout Fairfield County for both buyers and sellers of all levels of experience.
My goal throughout all aspects of my practice is to offer more than just legal representation – it’s about providing support to my clients during some of life’s most difficult times through strength, compassion, clarity and hope for the future.
